By Android phone: Go to the main page of the blog. Near the bottom of the page, click on the full website version. If you're signed in on your phone, you should be able to press "compose" on the upper right side.
For some reason, I had trouble getting my keyboard to display, but after I pressed "preview" and then "edit html" it worked fine.
